Open letter to The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government published here on 24 April 2024.
Dear Sirs,
In these economically challenging times, going forward, I would like to present some exciting new policies for enhancing growth, not only in our local communities but more importantly policies that would provide economic opportunities for our nation to grasp.
These new policies are ready to be debated and implemented. They would carry the whole economy forward by making the essentials of life more accessible to a majority of those living and working in our great country.
No greater opportunity has ever presented itself to our brave new government and so, I would welcome the opportunity to table these ideas for considered discussions as soon as arrangements can be made for this to happen.

As an experienced property manager and valuer I’ve written to the Ministry by email on 29th March 2025 and have, in early April, filled out your substantial submission form inviting consultations on devolution in six new areas across England. This has a closing date of 15th May 25.

Now is the time to initiate the changes that would improve the living standards of the majority and allow our country to start growing, economically speaking.
